When I fancy stepping out the room for a bit, love listening to Alan Watts, great narrator and translator of Eastern philosophies.
This is from the 1960s...so for context this is a British theologian who disappeared into the Far East, and brought his learnings to California where there was appetite for a fresh take on the world, and these recordings were made. Was revolutionary at the time, I think it's broadly part of our language now, a lot of these topics are included in what we consider the subject of 'mindfulness' today.
Without getting too deep... he's a great talker, laughs and jokes a lot, I just find it positive and comforting to listen to.
And I'm back in the room... refreshed and ready for the day ahead ✌️
