Hi everyone, I’m Tamzyn 🤍

I’m a Partner Coach within the School of Life community and the founder of Resilient Pathwayss, my coaching company and community built around resilience, mindset, personal growth, performance and helping people reconnect with themselves again.

A little about me…

I come from a professional equestrian background where I spent over 16 years competing, coaching, producing horses and working in high-performance environments. Through that journey I experienced both incredible success and some very difficult seasons personally and professionally.

What I discovered along the way is that mindset changes everything.

The way we think, speak to ourselves, handle pressure, navigate setbacks and show up consistently truly shapes our lives.

One of the biggest lessons life has taught me is that we are not our pasts, and we are not other people’s opinions of us.

At different points in my life, I experienced what it feels like to be misunderstood, seen through the lens of other people’s perspectives, and to carry the weight of circumstances that were never truly mine to carry.

And through that journey, I learned something incredibly important:

Your life is not defined by someone else’s mistakes.

Your future is not dictated by your past.

And your identity is not created by the labels other people place on you.

It is created by your choices.

Your growth.

Your courage to keep becoming.

That lesson became a huge part of why I coach today 🤍

Because so many people are walking around believing they are stuck in an old story that no longer belongs to them.

But healing, growth, confidence and transformation begin the moment we decide:

“I get to choose who I become from here.”

Today my passion is helping people:

I work with equestrians, entrepreneurs, high performers and everyday people simply trying to navigate life with more clarity, resilience and belief in themselves.

I’m also deeply passionate about helping coaches grow, not only as coaches, but as people building meaningful businesses that genuinely impact lives.
