New here? Start with this (4-part meditation series for students & beginners)
Hey everyone, If you’ve been meaning to start meditating but don’t know where to begin or if you’re a student trying to stay calm during a busy semester I just finished a 4-part series on YouTube that walks through exactly that. Here’s the order I’d watch them in: 1. Why meditation matters for students the “why” before the “how” 2. How to meditate for students (step-by-step) your first practice, beginner-friendly 3.Meditation for focus & studying for exam season and daily study sessions 4. Guided meditation for students an actual follow-along session, headphones on Takes about 15 minutes total if you watch all four back to back, or just pick the one that matches what you need today. If you’ve already started, I’d love to know how’s your practice going this week? Drop a comment below Youtube Link: https://youtube.com/@sohamguidedmeditation?si=_zr4jrrAaKaqQWD6

Most beginners quit meditation in the first week. Here’s why and how to fix it.
You sit down, close your eyes, and… your mind goes louder. You figure you’re “bad at it” and stop. You’re not bad at it. You were just never shown how to begin. That’s exactly why we built Find Your Calm: Meditation for Complete Beginners a step-by-step path for people who’ve tried to meditate and felt like it wasn’t for them.

Nobody tells you this about meditation… and it’s the reason most people quit.
Most people think meditation means having a silent mind. It doesn’t.Your mind will wander. Thoughts will come and go.The practice begins the moment you notice. A wandering mind is not failure. Awareness of it is meditation.

You don’t need to find calm. You already are it.
We treat calm like something out there one more app, one more streak, “I’ll relax when .” But So’ham “I am That” points the other way. Calm isn’t chased, it’s recognized, sitting quietly underneath the noise. Try it for 30 seconds: breathe in and silently hear “So,” breathe out and hear “Ham.” That’s it just notice the stillness between the thoughts. When did you last feel genuinely still, even for a moment? Soham I am That. You are That.
