Business Idea: Red Team Cyber Security
Along the lines of “Don’t build apps. Build agents and sell the work.” Configuring and running agentic pen testing for other online businesses seems like a good business given: - the state of cybersecurity - The capabilities of the latest generation of agents - A technical founder who is willing to do the deep dive and become an expert on all the existing attack vectors. - B2B: less clients and higher price points than B2C

It’s not perfect, but you gotta start somewhere! This video promotes this channel. My goal is to keep documenting my learnings and activities and post them. https://www.instagram.com/reel/DeUjsS5t69A/?xtok=MWFhZHlvMGwycGlxOQ==
Don’t build apps. Build agents
This guy explains it better than me. https://www.instagram.com/reel/Ddzli2us9NR/?stkn=NDhsYmVjcG15MDMw The next generation of tech startups don’t sell software. They sell the actual work. For example, to build a business around QA privacy audits, we don’t sell a software for executing privacy audits. We sell an agent with the ability to repeatedly setup up and execute the QA audits. There’s still plenty of coding and analytical work, but the embodiment is different.
Experiment Prompting GPT-6 Astra to give me business proposals.
STEP 1: Write your identity goals. Write down some information about who you are and who you want to become. What are the things you enjoy? STEP 2: Write down your business criteria. What sort of work do you want to do? What are your unfair advantages (skills you already have)? How much money can you spend per month? How much time can you spend per week? STEP 3: Plug this prompt into GPT-6 Astra with ultra reasoning. Given my Identity-Goals.md and Business-Criteria.md . Find a business I can start in 2026 that is a total cheat code. That means it's easy to fulfill and has high margins. I know that making money is hard, and I'm asking for a lot. I don't care. Research and design a money printer for me: minimal input, maximum output. Find the exception to the norm, the low-hanging fruit that I can build my software empire on. Give me 3 proposals for the business to start.
