I am a former avionics software engineer on a mission to help entrepreneurial engineers get understood, valued and respected in business.

What are your goals?

Help engineers convey the value of their expertise, by talk about it and network 1:1.
Help those who go solo, or start a business, avoid mistakes we engineers fall immediately into.

Why did you join the group?

I am working with engineers quite advanced in their business journey, I joined this group to share insights for those earlier in their journey.
Most existing business advice out there is geared toward "MBA-types" and high risk-takers, not engineers (we need to understand before we do)
I hope to be of value here.

My name is Othmane, I am from Morocco, I am based in Sofia, Bulgaria now my home, before I lived and worked in France, Spain, Germany and China. Today I run a community called Engineers Can Talk, and I love to collaborate and partner with communities helping engineers.
