Soft Earth Studio is the online extension of my working art practice.
I’m Vanessa Aegirsdottir, a full-time artist and lifelong maker working with earth pigments, watercolour, handmade paints, drawing, oils and whatever I’m curious enough to explore next.
This isn’t an art course. There is no curriculum, no requirement to keep up and no assumption that I have the One Correct Way to make anything.
I’ll share work in progress, experiments, materials, studio decisions, things that work and things that absolutely fucking don’t. Members are welcome to share their own work and curiosity too.
