Intro - Woohoo
Hey folks, it's Steve (or Shep if you know me) from Ashes 2 ARR... . This group is NOT about selling stuff, it's more about looking over the shoulder of people getting shit done. AND how they have learnt to make money from Software (it's now called SaaS) and also what this wave of AI is doing to accelerate the pace of development. Talking with the flying Kiwi angels Investor group at the grid Auckland today. So hoping to get some more insight on the direction that I'm wanting to take our company. Where are you taking your company at the moment are you changing investment structures, or are you needing more investment?

Raising Finance? Changing the Cap Table
So, I have been looking at helping my initial shareholders exit the company that I set up back in 2013. I am looking at getting some short-term finance to help with the deposit to exit, has anyone found some good sources of short-term finance in New Zealand. Keen to hear if you've done this in this country in New Zealand or in the US, Australia, Canada or the UK anywhere where you're running to business have you tried to move your shareholders on?

Replit.com - Is it the solution to AI Vibe programming
Um YES!!! I have been using it now for 3 weeks and wow, it's definitely worth trying out. It excels at Nodej.s and React development, which is NOT everyone's cup of tea. But it can also do Python really well And it can do API's and it can do MOBILE native apps. It integrates Neon.com as a database (I would prefer Supabase.com ) but its not bad. Anyone else tried it??? Below is a screenshot of the new website i built with Replit in about 30 mins for Processkit.com
