Quick BBQ Hamburgers
This recipe makes a flavorful, saucy ground beef mixture perfect for buns.

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Ground Beef
- 1 can (approx 10.5 oz) condensed Tomato Soup
- 1/4 cup Relish
- 1/4 cup Chopped Onion
- 1 Tbls Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbls Vinegar
- 1 Tbls Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions:
- Grill or cook the ground beef in a frying pan until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- In a separate saucepan, mix together all the other ingredients and simmer on low heat for a short time to combine flavors.
- Place the cooked hamburgers in a casserole dish, alternating layers with the sauce.
- Heat in the oven at around 300°F (150°C) to fully incorporate the flavors.
- Serve on fresh buns.
BBQ Grilled Beef Ribs Sandwiches
These ribs are slow-cooked on the grill for maximum tenderness.

Ingredients:
- 2 pounds of boneless beef ribs
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 cup BBQ sauce (for mopping)
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill for indirect heat, no higher than 225°F (107°C).
- Mix the dry seasonings into the olive oil to create a mop sauce. Mop each side of the beef ribs with this mixture.
- Place the meat on the grill over indirect heat (on the opposite side of the coals if using charcoal). Turn the meat once during cooking.
- Grill the meat for up to 3 hours.
- During the last 10 minutes of grilling, mop the meat with the BBQ sauce.
- When finished, pull the ribs apart and serve inside buns or rolls.
