Feeling Like A Business Failure?
Your not alone!
Everywhere you look, someone’s on Facebook bragging about scaling 1000x in six months with “no money and no risk.” 🚀 Or they’re sitting on a yacht telling you AI will change everything for you. 🛥️
Truth? 99% of that is noise. If you run a normal business — a service, a workshop, a factory, a training centre — none of that “magic shortcut” stuff is going to bail you out.
So let’s examine what you define as failure 👇
  • Your company’s weeks from going under
  • Sales have. dried up or conversions suck
  • The marketing that used to work doesn't anymore
  • Supplier problems , not fast enough, quality, too expensive
  • You’re breaking even every month but stuck in the money-in/money-out treadmill — is that failure?
  • cashflow ahhhh!
If you feel like you are no longer driving the vehicle and just holding on, then whatever the problem you are failing.
But here’s the uncomfortable bit: failure and success often start from the exact same place. "That sounds like motivational BS to me" i hear you thinking... well give me a second to explain.
Two business owners can be in identical situations. Same debts. Same dwindling cash. Same supplier problems.
⚡ One folds.
⚡ The other survives.
What’s the difference? Attitude and knowledge. One is a passenger in that vehicle (probably how they got there in the first place), eyes shut, hoping everything will sort itself out whilst the other is strapped in securely, realises its turbulence and is actively looking at a way to find smoother air.
If your here in the first place then you might have been person one but your becoming person 2... thats a giant step towards fixing all this!
📊 Studies reckon that around 80–90% of small businesses fail within the first five years. Thats pretty terrifying stat unless you read that like i did....
Wow nearly 20% of all businesses succeed!!
Better odds than the lottery thats for sure.
But this is not a "so your thinking of starting a business guide" your reading this because right now you feel like you might actually be in the 80% category or heading for it!
Thats what this group is about. getting you into that 10-20% group.
Head on over to the classroom section above and take our Introduction class. Its fast and your first step back into clear air..
Welcome.
