Role Snapshot
• Title: Appointment Setter
• Niche: Plumbers (B2B, inbound + outbound DMs and calls)
• Objective: Book showed demo calls with qualified plumbing owners (no “free audit” junk leads).
Compensation (Performance Only)
• $15–$25 per showed appointment
• Performance bonuses on top
• OTE: $2,500–$5,000+/month for consistent performers (top setters can clear more depending on volume and show rate)
• No base. You eat what you kill.
What You’ll Actually Do
• DM and call plumbing business owners daily
• Qualify leads fast using our criteria (owner/decision-maker, revenue fit, interest, and pain)
• Book demo calls that actually show, not just “slots on a calendar”
• Track and post your daily KPIs (dials, conversations, sets, shows) — non‑negotiable
