Wrong tyres for road riding ? Big difference ?

Attached I have a picture of my tyres on my 125cc adventure bike. Now I am not planning to do any off roading with it. Could it be Wise to change to more road type of tyres ? Would I feel big difference in confidence on the road while making corners ? Or is it just a small adjustment ?
