Writing this to any and all that still check in here once in a while, but especially .
I would like to be able to share wine thoughts and experiences from time to time, but it is hard without our Skool’s founder and fearless leader, . Miss you boss!
I will continue to try and will be happy if any of you are still willing and able to join in.
So let’s start with this pic! I was in NYC earlier this week and reached out to the one and only Aldo Sohm, famous sommelier and author. He was very kind to make 15 minutes for me to chat at his Aldo Sohm Wine bar, adjacent to Le Bernardin restaurant where he is wine director. He signed his brand new book “Wine Simple - Perfect Pairings”, which I had brought with me.
If your wine education journey includes getting better at food & wine pairing, this is a must! He was also gracious enough to accept a copy of my humble little wine book!
