I know a lot of you guys dieting or bulking will be eating microwave rice in here. I just want to point out the calorie difference in some of these rice’s which is super important and a very easy switch to make If you are using the lower/higher calorie rice depending if you are bulking/cutting.
Both rice in the pics are white rice - long grain & jasmine rice.
For the whole pack of long grain rice - 296 cals
For the whole pack of jasmine rice - 404 cals
108 calories difference for the EXACT same volume of rice.
So make sure to always read the calories in your rice guys! You’d be surprised how much they vary!
