If you missed this week's Skool News, Skool announced a new feature called Growth Boost. The short version? Skool is now spending money on ads to help community owners get more members. When I heard that, I immediately turned on the free trial for my paid community, Mieka's Gamified Habit Club. The Skool team basically said, "Try it. If you don't like it, turn it back off." Sounds fair to me. 😄 From what they shared, Skool has been quietly testing this for weeks and some community owners have already started getting new members from Skool's advertising efforts. What I love is that Skool keeps community owners in the loop. Every week they share updates, explain what they're working on, and continue improving the platform. If your audience is worldwide, don’t stress TOO much about posting at the “perfect” time. Why? Because when you’re asleep…someone else is awake 🌎 Example:If it’s nighttime in the USA, people in the UK or other countries may still be online and vice versa. I personally try to post when both the USA and UK are mostly awake so more people might see my posts. BUT… If your audience is mostly local, your posting time matters more. Example:A Kansas City business should probably post when people in Kansas City are awake. Bonus tip:People like consistency and schedules.
