If you’re feeling “off” today, it’s not a personality flaw, it’s housekeeping.
Midweek is when your body quietly starts tidying up the mess from the first half of the week.
Not metaphorically, literally.
You might notice:
- Puffiness
- Brain fog
- Low energy
- Random irritability
- Feeling “behind”
- Cravings
- Emotional sensitivity
Most people think this means they’re failing.
It’s actually just your internal housekeeping crew clocking in.
Here’s the part most folks never learn:
Your body has multiple housekeeping departments: liver, lymph, gut, mitochondria, hormones, nervous system, and each one sends a different “midweek signal.”
But unless you know how to read those signals, they all feel the same: “Ugh.”
I’m not going to break down all the departments here, that’s what we do inside my community, but I will give you one department:
For everyone that sits in front of a computer all day
LYMPHATIC SYSTEM — The Slow-Motion Roomba
Your lymph is clearing:
• Cellular debris
• Immune waste
• Inflammatory byproducts
• Excess fluid
It has no pump. It only moves when you move.
When it’s stagnant, you feel: puffy, foggy, stiff, heavy.
Come and meet your housekeeping crew!
