Last week I had the opportunity to speak at the Skool Summit about something I've become pretty passionate about:

The Organic Community Growth.

It was the first time I'd shared my method publicly, and honestly, I wasn't quite sure how it would be received. The feedback afterwards was amazing. ❤️

But what really stuck with me were the conversations and questions that came afterwards. Because the more I talk to community owners, the more I'm hearing the same things.

"I'm doing everything, but people aren't finding me."

"I'm posting and getting crickets."

"People join and then disappear."

"There are just too many things to do."

And then today I asked you what is driving you slightly crazy about your own community and you basically confirmed what I've been hearing. The problem isn't that community owners aren't trying hard enough. Most of you are already doing A Lot. The problem is often knowing what to focus on, why growth is getting stuck, and what to do next.

I'm not ready to share The Organic Growth Matter quite yet. I want to listen first.

So keep telling me what's frustrating you about growing your community.

Because I'm paying attention. 🌱
