🔥 What’s Far More Powerful Than Vision Boards in Skool Communities
1. Identity-Based Culture (Not Content)
Most communities fail because they focus on information instead of identity.
High-performing communities engineer this shift:
“This is not a group you join. This is who you become.”
High-level execution:
- Create a name for members (e.g., Builders, Mentors, Survivors, Architects)
- Define 3–5 core behaviors (“We show up. We finish. We support.”)
- Celebrate behavior publicly, not just wins
Why it works:People protect identities more than goals.
For A SOUL Survivor I call my members "SOUL Survivors" because that's what they are...their soul has survived some great trauma..yet they are transforming into something more powerful than before...and for Skool Network I call them "Skoolies" What are some names YOU will implement for YOUR group?
