Documentation is so nhelpful..to help keep YOU organized..but also helps when you expand and need more people working within your business..or during times you may have an illness or reason to utilize the help of others....what system do YOU have in place..please share your methods to help others..their ideas will help you too...interaction leads to expanded knowledge and community connections.
Organize files so that a colleague could step in and understand the client's journey if needed. This "handoff test" ensures your documentation meets professional standards. If you couldn't coach the client anymore, could another qualified coach pick up seamlessly?
Coach Tip
Use a consistent file naming system: "LastName_FirstName_DocumentType_Date" (e.g., "Smith_Jane_IntakeForm_2024-01-15"). This makes searching and organizing infinitely easier as your practice grows. Future you will be grateful.
