Friday was another amazing Skool Montreal IRL meetup ✨ Below some key moments from my POV, but of course this can by different for @Juan Pablo and @Shereen Sands ! (photos below and a Reel here!) {Juan and Shereen, feel free to create a post with anything that may have stood out for you (no pressure) if there's anything you'd like to share!) So many gems came out of our conversations ☕️ We dove into what really makes a community unique and even broke down Hormozi’s "value equation" (nerdy but super helpful if you're stuck with how to articulate the TRUE value of your community or your offer). 🛍 Juan shared about his Shopify store and the projects he’s building. ALso how he's now pressing the gas on creating content that would help bring traffic to his store. 👩‍💻 Shereen gave us a behind-the-scenes look at her community, touched a bit on her ad strategy, and her mission to empower 1M women to step into their true power. I got to hear about the personal touches she brings to offer value to her members in a way that aligns with her personality. Silent coworking or tea and chat sessions?? Brilliant! 🌞 Ioni (aka moi lol!) shared some past life experiences and why I believe understanding and sharpening your leadership skillsets isn't just something for those with hundreds of staff but actually makes solopreneurs much more successful both in business and in life too. ❤️ What stuck with me most was how much both mine and Shereen's past experiences fuel the offers and communities we’re building now and how those struggles actually turn into our driving force 💪 📽️ We ended with a little mini footage shoot 🎬 because of course haha. Grateful for this Montreal Skoolers crew and already can’t wait for the next one as we grow ❤️⚡️
