Take over or start fresh?
I have the opportunity to take over an existing community with over 300 members. There are no course modules uploaded and the community has been neglected, but they want the information. I have a lot of experience in the niche, and have the community all mapped out already. I have graphics and outlines and training. Not everything is completely launch ready, not even close, but I have probably 20 hours worth of work invested in it already. I can take that and create a brand new community or I can take over this one if it works out. What would be best? There is already a lukewarm audience here, but when a community is neglected, how does Skool treat it? Is there still the same opportunity to be discovered? Or would I be better off just jumping full force into something brand new?
