What's up, Skool Dads

Hey guys, newbie here.

I have a question for y'all...

I coach HS & college baseball players (focus on hitting) and my community feels mostly like me coaching kids up and less community.

Besides talking up the leaderboard and handing out gifts for leaderboard winners, any tips on how to make my community more engaging and active?

We have 180 kids in it right now, around 30 of them are paying me around 2k package for 6 months.
