How I Schedule 30 Skool Posts in 1.5 Hours Every Sunday (Complete System)
Manual posting to Skool was killing me. Every day: "What should I post? When should I post it? Did I remember to post?"
After managing 5 communities simultaneously, I built a system that lets me schedule an entire month of content in one afternoon.
Here's my exact process:
⏰ SUNDAY CONTENT BATCHING (2 hours total):
**30 minutes - Content Planning:**
• Review last week's engagement data
• Note what performed well (copy that format)
• Map out themes for the week:
- Monday: Goals & motivation
- Wednesday: Value/tips
- Friday: Wins & celebration
**30 minutes - Content Creation:**
• Write 7-10 posts in one focused session
• Use templates for recurring formats
• AI helps when I'm stuck (I use StickyHive's generator)
• Keep them short: 50-150 words each
**20 minutes - Asset Creation:**
• Find or create images (Canva takes 2-3 min each)
• Posts with images get 2.3x more engagement
• Reuse templates for consistent branding
**10 minutes - Scheduling:**
• Schedule all posts in StickyHive
• Set optimal times: 9 AM, 12 PM, 6 PM
• Double-check nothing publishes on holidays
