One thing I see some group owners trying to get engagement in other communities do is write a lot of text in their posts. If its too may words, people skip it. You want your posts to feel like a quick email to a friend. Try this: 1. One idea per line. 2. No paragraph longer than 2 or 3 sentences. 3. Use simple words. White space is your best friend. It makes the post feel "light" and easy to finish. When people feel like they can get through your content in 30 seconds, they're way more likely to actually read it. Try to break up your next post like this. What's the hardest part for you when it comes to keeping it short?

I used to have a hard time coming up with a brand new idea every single time I posted. It was exhausting and, really, a waste of time. When posting in directory groups, your getting in front of different people at different times. If a post did very well a few months ago, there's a good chance it will get just as much if not more engagement again. Every time a post of yours gets a higher-than-average engagement rate, save the post link (you can create a note just for these in your Notes section of the site). Wait 60 days. Rewrite the hook. Change the example. Post it again. It's a more efficient way to get more engagement out of a similar post. Do you save your successful content ideas?
