What would bring in higher ticket members?

Here's the pitch ideas that I want to offer to members, So far they're all free but with a Buy now on the mentorship option. Do I add it as a monthly tier or a single one shot payment to get mentorship?

"One to one Mentorship sessions to figure out what lights you up, where you might like to head next, and what small, steady steps will get you there. Together we'll get you back to being creative.
