What If Your Travel Recommendations Could Actually Pay You? ššø
A couple years agoā¦ I had to Google what affiliate marketing even was š
Now Iām building something I canāt stop thinking about.
Itās called 6Degrees, and it started with a really simple question:
āWho do I knowā¦ that knows someone there?ā
Because when you travel, you donāt actually want:
random reviews, or influencer lists, or sponsored ātop 10ā posts.
You want:
š the place your friend swears by
š the local someone you trust recommends
š the hidden spot that isnāt all over the internet
So I started building a social travel app around that idea.
A way to discover:
āļø recommendations through people youāre actually connected to
š” locals through mutual connections
š hidden gems from real human experiences
š and even who in your extended network might be nearby
Not strangers.
Not algorithms.
Real people ā real connections ā real recommendations.
Right now, itās still early.
Weāre:
āØ building the community
āØ refining the prototype
āØ getting ready for beta testing
And something important to knowā¦
There are two ways people are getting involved right now:
1. The free community
ā where weāre sharing the vision, updates, and building this out in the open
2. Founding Members
ā the small group of early adopters who are actually positioned inside the app from the beginning
Founding Members are the ones who:
ā¢ lock in lifetime higher commission potential
ā¢ have early visibility and placement
ā¢ get first access to beta
ā¢ and are building their network before this goes public
So while a lot of people are watchingā¦
A smaller group is actually stepping in early and building with it.
