What If Your Travel Recommendations Could Actually Pay You? 🌍💸
A couple years ago… I had to Google what affiliate marketing even was 😂
Now I’m building something I can’t stop thinking about.
It’s called 6Degrees, and it started with a really simple question:
“Who do I know… that knows someone there?”
Because when you travel, you don’t actually want:
random reviews, or influencer lists, or sponsored “top 10” posts.
You want:
👉 the place your friend swears by
👉 the local someone you trust recommends
👉 the hidden spot that isn’t all over the internet
So I started building a social travel app around that idea.
A way to discover:
✈️ recommendations through people you’re actually connected to
🏡 locals through mutual connections
🍝 hidden gems from real human experiences
👀 and even who in your extended network might be nearby
Not strangers.
Not algorithms.
Real people → real connections → real recommendations.
Right now, it’s still early.
We’re:
✨ building the community
✨ refining the prototype
✨ getting ready for beta testing
And something important to know…
There are two ways people are getting involved right now:
1. The free community
→ where we’re sharing the vision, updates, and building this out in the open
2. Founding Members
→ the small group of early adopters who are actually positioned inside the app from the beginning
Founding Members are the ones who:
• lock in lifetime higher commission potential
• have early visibility and placement
• get first access to beta
• and are building their network before this goes public
So while a lot of people are watching…
A smaller group is actually stepping in early and building with it.
