Why meditation?
Saturday’s Meditation & Morning Mindset was requested by members in my community.
This session will be an easy access point to meditation and a good morning (or evening) practice to return to again and again. The playlist will be provided to support your daily practice.
This is a combination of breath, sound, and stillness to help the body settle… so clarity can naturally arise.
In the Alignment Community:
Tuesdays: Mantra, Mudra and Breath for integration of body, mind and spirit
Thursday: Clarity Reset with Brain balancing and Rewiring the Neural Networks
Saturdays: Meditation & Morning Mindset or Breathing into Alignment
Saturday's Flow:
1. OM + 3–9–6 Breath (calibration)
This begins to settle the nervous system and quiet the mind.
2. Chakra Activation with Bija Sounds
Moving energy upward through the body using bija sounds:
These are primordial sounds—vibrational tones that correspond to different energy centers in the body.
With breath:
3. Meditation to access Shunya (silence)
Allowing the natural inner rhythm of SO HAM (I am That) be your point of focus when the mind drifts..
This becomes a soft place to return.
4. OM Shanti integration-a vibration of peace.
This accessible practice is about giving your system a pathway back to clarity.
Use it in the morning, or evening, or anytime the noise starts to build.
Clarity isn’t something you force. It’s what remains when the system settles.
