If your community only engages when you show up…
That's not an engagement problem.
It means your community is not really a community yet.
It's an audience, waiting for you to say something.
And there is nothing wrong about that, especially in the early stages.
But if you are in it for the long run, for your community to become a valuable space to many more people in the future, you want your engagement to be real, lasting, sustainable!
It should not feel like a lot of extra work you, more content does not equal more results.
If you don't want to "push" engagement and you want to see it grow organically…
