summer is here.

and i already know what most of you are thinking.

i'll get to it after vacation
September feels like a better time to start
things slow down in the summer anyway, so i need to take a break

i get it. i really do.

but here's what i've learned over the years (a decade).

*** when everyone zigs — you zag***

while most people go quiet in the summer, i've always done the opposite. i build. i prep. i test.

so that when September hits and everyone else is scrambling to "get back on track"

i'm already ahead (and i love that feeling).

there's something about walking into September knowing your community is set up, your offer is tested, and your first members are already in. vs. showing up going "ok so... where do i even start."
