Here's a quick overview of the discussions and education we provide to this community and how to navigate 1ļøā£ Daily Discussions. We will have daily discussions where we post photos like Mama Mondays, Taco Tuesdays, Fitness Fridays, and Selfie Sundays. 2ļøā£ One live community call each week with Rachel to discuss real scenarios, wins and challenges each week, and to offer support and answer questions. If you are unable to attend and have questions, drop your questions under our live call post each week and we'll be sure to answer your questions during the call. Click the Calendar tab to keep up to date on our weekly call and future workshop calls. Calls will be recorded so you can always tune in later if you're unable to make it. 3ļøā£ Go to the Classroom tab to open the Skinny Mamas education courses and deep dive into the tools you need to becoming a Skinny Mama! Our Quick Start Guides will help you lose your first 5 pounds in the first two weeks of joining the community. 4ļøā£ Use our community discussion tab to ask questions, get to know each other, learn, have fun, and hold each other accountable. To get the most out of our community here's what you can do next. ā Step 1: Take photos of yourself in your undies and a bra or a swimsuit. These pictures are just for you and can remain private. If you wish to share them with the group to show your progress over time that would be amazing but it's completely up to you. More info about this step in our Introduction course: What To Do Next. ā Step 2: Introduce yourself in the community tab. Tell us who you are, what brought you here, and where you're from. ā Step 3: Respond to three posts in the community tab to get to know each other. ā Step 4: Follow Skinny Mamas on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook so you don't miss anything. ā Step 5: Set a goal or intention and share it with the community on our Goals tab. This could be, 'I plan to lose X amount of weight by X time or 'I will get rid of all the junk food in my kitchen and replace it with healthy foods.'
