One idea from Rework really stood out to me.
We often convince ourselves we need more time, more features, or a more polished product before we can launch.
The book argues the opposite.
Start with the simplest version that solves a real problem.
Get it into people's hands.
Learn from real feedback.
Then improve it.
It's a reminder that progress comes from shipping, not endlessly planning.
A Version 1 that helps someone today is far more valuable than a perfect idea that never leaves your computer.
