More gym time + a new face around here! 🏀
Hey everyone! As I mentioned last week, I’ve freed up more time to be in the gym. Starting next week, we are officially adding Fridays to the schedule! I’ll be starting with one shooting group and will eventually push that to two. I’m also looking at setting aside 1–2 hours for open gym play on Fridays, alternating between boys and girls. Starting TODAY: We’re implementing a new routine for athletes who arrive 15 minutes early. A new Strength & Conditioning coach, Christian, will be leading warmups to get the gym dialed in and professional before we start. Today is a free trial and is completely optional. If you’re interested in a long-term plan, I’ve included the images of his programs and info below. Just a reminder that I handle the basketball training, so any strength and conditioning arrangements will be made directly between you and Christian.
