Take a minute to tell us who you are a share a picture too 💖 I'll go first~ Hi, I'm SaraJo, 3x suicide loss survivor, other sh*t survivor, comedian, motivational speaker, and coach. I was raised in Catholicism then transitioned to an Evangelical church in high school; which is to say, I'm no stranger to religion and spiritual teachings. After my father's sudden passing, my worldview turned upside down. I saw parts of my spirit community, and myself, that I hadn't seen before, and I knew as much as it sucked, it was time to leave. My delicately perturbed 7th grade Bible teacher would tell you I've had struggles with skepticism. Thankfully, she was right. That curious childhood yearning for deep truth kept me searching for what worked best *for me* in my early 20's healing journey. I started off with Christian-based CBT therapy, which I intuitively knew was not helping. When I expressed this to my peers, I was met with discouraging remarks. The boy I was dating at the time even said my hiatus from therapy "doesn't sound healthy." Out of shame, I ignored my gut. But in the back of my mind, I heard my 7th grade self poking and prying, "What if there's something else?" And so, I listened to her, and tried everything I wasn't supposed to. When I was 22, I tried out psychics, tarot, astrology, yoga, crystals, etc. Some of which worked, for a bit. ✨✨It wasn't until I discovered mindset coaching + intuition that things started to shift.✨✨ I got the mentorship my brain needed to launch into the next version of myself, which started an avalanche of other incredible insights...
