A skill I would be I am very empathic and can really feel the problem or issue for most. I have the ability to converse and adapt to situations quickly. A challenge I need to work on would be the lack of focus and motivation. I get comfortable to easy with being comfortable. I want to be able to comfortable with being uncomfortable. So for the positive habit to incorporate, I chose self care. I have added a self care routine now for roughly 6/7 days and will slowly increase the time as I gain the ability to do so . Right now I am right around 40 minutes give or take.
Introducing a brother: Luke
I’ve been numbing my mind with cannabis, and avoiding responsibility… I’ve allowed myself to drift aimlessly, and became a tyrant to myself. The ultimate version of myself would not accept this behavior, yet I have. My brain is a recording set for the true goals I must pursue, yet I consistently numb it out with candy, cannabis, and junk.

Day 2
Day 2 I organized my phone. I deleted all social media apps Whole life I only suffered because of society and people because I have no reason to live life I had no Goal I hadn't my Why My reason of being to exist I suffered people near around me suffered My parents suffered because of me . I never get into relationships or make friends. Now I realised I am only made for suffering my Goal is in life to have pain only I will suffer they will live happy Reason of my breath is give people what they want form me
