This course is truly life changing. I really appreciate Sunny's day-by-day breakdown of the course. The structure of the program - videos, meditation guidance, live sessions, is so beautifully designed. I recommend this course to every earnest spiritual seeker who is looking to find out the truth about who they are.

I am relatively new to non-dual teaching and in week 9 of the 10-week course now.  When I started, I was only halfhearted at it, shortcutting the suggested 2x 20-30 minutes meditation until week 3 into the program, because I felt calmer.  The daily course structure guides me to practice the learning at the same time of the conceptual understanding.  I feel I am at the right place for the start of this non-dual journey.

Finding self-inquiry school is the best thing that has happened in my life. The course and Sunny’s guidance is simple, direct and clear on how to practice self-inquiry/meditation and ultimateily helps you to fully be and live your natural and true expression, to fully be yourself. Through that there is also learning how to navigate and meet thoughts, emotions and life’s challenges in a constructive way.  The course structure and the community helps to support a consistent practice.
