The majority of us were never taught how to breathe properly. Our sedentary lifestyle has made us shallow breathers, and never learn how to counteract this. Breathe, when used properly, can be used to bring a state of inner peace and ease, and also psychodelic phenomona but, for now, we will only get into the method of bringing peace. How? Breath WITH the belly. It really is that simple. Use the belly, and breathe deep, it automatically brings calm. More? Intend the inhalation into your brain and heart. focus the breathe into these areas and you will feel a "charge" building, that bringes even more effects... which ones? Well, figure it out. Truth is found through experience, never through what others say.
