My biggest takeaway is that sales is one of the most important skills that every entrepreneur or person should master to improve almost every aspect of their life.
Sales, like any other skill, should be practiced often.
If you can explain the prospect's problem better than he could ever do, you will have a much easier time to sell him the solution.
Also, if you can instill in the prospect's mind that we are the best solution for him and that the only obstacle that is standing between him and his desired outcome, is this imaginary bridge (which is our product/services) , we will create urgency and thus we will increase our conversion rates. All of this should be done ethically and morally, of course.
