How these free IAM labs map to the real-world IAM tools🌍

The answer: IAM is concepts, not products. Joiner-leaver, role-based access, reconciliation, consent flows, these are the same ideas in every tool. SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta are each one vendor's version of things you can learn for free, today, on Open-source products, on your own machine.
You cannot get a free SailPoint to practise on. You can run midPoint, OpenLDAP, and a free Auth0 tenant (from Okta) today. The concept is the skill. The product name is the added label to it.
