This is my 1:1 coaching program (not a course) designed to help you fast track your body transformation.

Every member is personally coached and monitored by me.

How this will work:

1️⃣ As soon as you join, you'll book an onboarding call with me.

2️⃣ On this call, I will gather your current stats and goals to determine the best plan for you.

2️⃣ You will receive a custom training program and personalized nutrition instructions.

3️⃣ You will have to maintain a tracking sheet for your inputs, so we can make the appropriate changes when needed.

4️⃣ I will do weekly check-ins where I will review your progress and give feedback to make sure you are on track to reach your goals.

5️⃣ You can contact me anytime when you need advice or have questions.

You must be from North America or Europe. You must also have access to a gym & a scale to measure your body weight.
