You will experience growth, connection and be accountable to each other. The more you put in - the more you get out. I will be adding free trainings to the classroom in due course. But first: ✔️ Introduce yourself (what do you love doing, what do you want to be paid for) ✔️ What annoys you the most? ✔️ Why did you join this group (the real answer) Thank yourself for being here, this is for certain types of people - you are one of a kind.

Are you proud of yourself?
Happy Monday! How are you all? I wanted to share a big reflection I had this week as it may be helpful for you. As you maybe know, I’ve been testing new YouTube content lately. In all honestly…. I've been questioning if I’m good enough and if I should keep going. All of these doubts keep creeping in. On the inside I feel all over the place. I feel like everyone must think I’m crazy 🙈 But after finishing this week’s video (where I tried to start a business from nothing in 7 days) I felt a sense of pride that I hadn’t felt in a while. I was proud of myself for trying something. I was proud of myself for going first. I was proud of myself for learning more about myself. And I realised after asking my friend Susan for advice (in the video) that there are so many other people that feel the same. So if you are questioning your abilities. If you feel a bit “all over the place” Or if you feel a bit stuck right now. Be proud of yourself for trying. For moving forward. Or even just for recognising that’s where you are. The more you fail. The more you learn. So keep failing, because it’s pushing you closer to where you want to be. Here is the video if you want to hear Susan’s great advice 😊 P.s don’t laugh at the thumbnail, YouTube needs bright colours 🤣 https://youtu.be/uNWjPlds51Y?si=xPaZfT-qVL9w2zgN

I’m failing 😩
As some of you may know, I started a very difficult challenge at the start of January. Going from 0-10 pull ups and £0-£10k in 30 days! I’m officially on week 4 and overall I have surprised myself this week. It’s amazing what you can learn about yourself when you fully commit and stay consistent. Although week 3 was a huge wobble. If you want to make yourself feel better going into February, I suggest you watch that episode 🤣 It’s a short one, but just shows that we are all human after all and success doesn’t come from being perfect. Have a great week! Zoe https://youtu.be/zksUPrZfyeM?si=vTtjuYYWMdY4TCxx

How to live your rich life this year
1. Stop listening to all the noise, start listening to yourself 2. Commit to something you have been wanting to do for a while, don’t stop until you do it 3. Appreciate the boring little things that bring joy into your life (like that morning coffee/matcha) 4. Look at your loved ones more and smile 5. Pour more love into yourself, you deserve it

New year New you
Happy New Year! I deleted Instagram at the start of January and feel a bit out of the loop. What’s been happening for you all in the new year? This year is all about focus for me. I’m leaning in to my strengths and coming away from all the curated, perfectionist style content and just being totally myself. I realised that I’m just a kid in an adults body, therefore I’m diving into new challenges this year. I’ve worked so hard on this series, it’s been tough and I’m still only on day 15. You are first to see this video, so please watch when you have time to sit down and watch all the way through! I appreciate your support and feedback. Have a great week, Zoe https://youtu.be/DRmsJ8b-Fvo?si=LHapMhM4T1GlGJRn
