Similar to flight attendants, yacht crew members are employed by the yacht for the safety and comfort of guests, and need special skills to perform their jobs in a safe and professional manner. Different from flight attendants, yacht crew members are housed onboard,and travel with the vessel to each destination. They are saving on living expenses,but living and working according to someone else's schedule--- that of the yacht owners and or guests.
