Have you paid attention to what you may be resisting?
Rather than focusing on the resistance itself (which strengthens it), she says that it is best to focus on the energy that is trying to flow through to us (E.G the thing we want/how we want to feel)..
In doing so we clear the blocks and allow ourselves to receive 🙏
