Day 14 & 15/75 FLOW CHANLENGE!!
Saturday - 11am Did wing Chun Stretching in the form, 5min Meditation - then straight into SNT x1 Chain Punching 500 - found a park while taking kids out and about. (kids stiop playing and watched me halfway through it)
3pm SNT X1 more chain punching 300. Elbow thrust each arm 150 each.
Felt: During my meditation i felt a slight lightness. different colours came in and out. slowly fee;ing that ball of light. my form and state was definilty in tuned today! SNT is feeling a lot more relaxing then stiff..
Sunday - kids Sports and activities!! around 10am went to the top of MT GRAVATT Look out. beautiful views! nice and quite and such a great place to do my training. (training while my daughter was at cheer leading)
