MFSN used to be connected to ConsumerDirect aka Smart Credit but that partnership ended on February 28 WIHTOUT MyFreeScoreNow getting all of it's customer data BACK in it's database. This has created tons of issues including how your Metro2 software accesses your client credit reports.
BUT, if you have some automations in place, you can easily keep all of your clients updated with automatic emails that trigger every time the platform updates.
