Y'all know I never gate keep so here is the step by step of how we set her up for this success. ✅Personal information has been cleaned up including the address of a collection (more on that later) ✅Confirmed all secondary bureaus still frozen to make follow up disputes more effective ✅Started factual dispute leveraging the law and illegal reporting of the data ✅Pointed out the address on the collection AINT EVEN ON HER CREDIT REPORT ✅Came back in with Metro 2 compliance demands clearly showing FCRA compliance violations ✅Took them same receipts to the CFPB to show "context" in the complaints against CRAs and creditor ✅Printed those complaints and uploaded them DIRECT to CRA portals ✅Refused to let up until we got what we wanted Stay locked in family, I promise you success is directly on the other side of hard work!
