✅Of course froze and blocked secondary bureaus (pull reports too though, you need them for funding)
✅Started dispute asking for simple investigation (best for lates, charge-offs and collections)
✅ALWAYS included all personal identification documents and get them notarized when possible
✅WAITED for the stalls, I knew the were coming
✅ Include every statue violation in escalated dispute letters
✅USE THE STALL AS LEVERAGE, attach every stall letter with FCRA backed legal compliance demand
✅ Remind bureaus of the right to sue and pursue financial damages for non-compliance
