Which means, I'm locked in this morning pulling receipts and updating clients. Sis right here, came by way of referral of her boyfriend who we already got to 700 across board, and it looks like his Bae is on the way!!
Here's the exact plays I ran to get sis up and stuck:
✅Of course cleaned up her personal information
✅BONUS PLAY: Her and her dude just moved in so I had her go change her license to his address and update one of the utilities into her name so now her removal of old addresses play is AIR TIGHT
✅Before she even got the new license I pulled her secondary bureaus reports and FROZE them
✅With old addys off I disputed every negative item direct to each bureau
✅30 days later anything that didn't come off in the first round I demanded RE-investigation
✅Hit em with 15 U.S.C. § 1681i and added more pressure by going DTC (direct to creditor)
✅Knocked out the collections by leveraging 15 U.S.C. § 1692g
