I will be making a series documenting my adventure into building both an FBA business, and rebuilding my dice company Warlord Game Gear! So here are some of the things I'll be covering, some of the steps can even be converted into their own business: 1) the plan - identify a market to enter for FBA, there are a ton of tools that you can use to identify markets that you can break into. Helium is the one I will most likely use. - for Warlord Game Gear, I am going to identify the products and mediums I want to support. 2) procurement - interact with manufacturers to produce the products. This will include securing samples, packaging, branding, etc. - obtain licenses for 3d models if needed - find materials to make things in house if necessary 3) Amazon and website build 4) marketing! The last 2 steps are pretty self explanatory, though i have no idea what I'm getting myself into we'll learn together! If anyone has dont this before and wants to share some insights let me know!

While working on a course for courier delivery driving, I managed to drop from Diamond status in Uber Eats ALL THE WAY DOWN TO GOLD! While this isn't the worst case scenario, personally it sucks, but from an educational point of view there have been so many changes to UE since i started, being in this position really lets me learn and share all of my findings with you. Here's my first tip. If you are just starting with DoorDash or UberEats there is an introductory period where you can build your stats with little restriction. Your goal should be to get to PLATINUM on UberEats, and Gold in DoorDash as fast as possible. Make sure you're staying ABOVE 70% acceptance rate and you are on-time for your deliveries! Once you've locked in those statuses you'll be allowed to deliver whenever you want, and won't have to go through the hassle of scheduling your availability.
