Let’s talk about something most people run from: failure.

Failure is not a possibility, it's a guarantee. That’s why you shouldn’t fear it. That’s the point of this whole game. Most people can’t stomach what it actually takes to get what they say they want, and that’s why they’ll never have it.

I’m not gonna lie, I get nervous too. I’ve failed plenty, but the difference is, I don’t run from it. I lean into it. That’s what makes you brave. Not the absence of fear, but the willingness to move through it.

When I first started marketing, I had zero experience. Failed for years, but those failures became my foundation. That’s why I can do what college grads with 4-year degrees in marketing can’t do in one day of my life because they’ve never failed enough. They just read about it. I lived it.

You can’t learn your way into greatness. You’ve got to fail your way there.
