Letâs talk about the foundation of scaling an online coaching business, and I donât care if youâre a fitness coach, business consultant, mindset educator, or marketing expert, this applies to all of you.
Day 1 starts with one word: clarity.
If you donât know who youâre speaking to, nothing you post will matter. You have to figure out your ideal avatar: the exact person your content, offer, and message are meant for.
This is where most people screw up. They stay too broad. You canât help âeveryone.â You help someone specific.
Thatâs what we mean by niching down.
đ Instead of saying âI help people lose weight,â say âI help moms lose baby weight postpartum.â
đ Instead of âI help athletes perform better,â say âI help wrestlers cut weight safely without losing strength.â
Your âI helpâ statement needs to be crystal clear. If a stranger canât look at your bio and instantly understand who you help and how, youâre already cooked.
Once thatâs locked in, every single piece of content you post should speak directly to that person.Their pain points. Their goals, frustrations, and desires.
If your ideal client doesnât feel like youâre inside their head when you talk, youâre too generic.
This is how you build connection, trust, and eventually conversions.
